Wood Processing Industry Boiler

Wood-Processing-Industry-Boiler

There has been an increase in the total amount of wood consumed on a year-on-year basis. Wood material is typically transformed into a variety of products, including doors, furniture, artificial boards, and paper, among other things. However, we are facing an increasingly serious environmental situation, with many countries imposing bans on tree cutting. It would seem that the supply of wood resources may be somewhat limited in the future. In a wood processing factory, there will often be a considerable amount of wood waste. One possible solution is to use biomass boiler to burn this wood waste, which could then provide sufficient heat for the wood processing process, potentially increasing efficiency.

In the wood processing industry, boilers are commonly used for a variety of wood processing applications, including drying, hot-pressing, curing, dyeing, and sterilizing. Otherwise, an autoclave may also be used with a steam boiler for wood preservation. Heat energy can be produced in various ways in the wood industries. Both a steam boiler and thermal oil heaters could be used for offering heat. In addition to conventional natural gas and fuel oil, wood dust is also used as fuel for firing a Thermal Oil Boiler or Steam Boiler. Using biomass fuels from in-house production may help to reduce fuel costs and save fossil resources, while also significantly reducing overall plant emissions.
