Egypt is the second largest sugar producing country in Africa after South Africa, and its output has accounted for 13-16% of total sugar production in Africa for nearly a decade. Sugar varieties are mainly divided into two kinds of sugar and sugar beet sugar, among which sugar takes up the 70-90% of total sucrose  production.
Egypt's annual refined sugar is about 1.03 million tons, although it is a large sugar production country in Africa, but its annual consumption of sugar between 200-220 million tons, therefore, the Egyptian government had to import a lot of sugar each year to meet market demand. So sugar production line has great market in the Egypt, and we have exported to more than 10 sets boilers to this country in last year, all the boiler is used for the sugar production line.
Sucrose production includes crushing workshop, cleaning workshop, cooking sugar workshop, sub-honey workshop, boiler workshop, power generation workshop, alcohol workshop. The main equipment is press, vibrating screen, conveyor, electronic said, boilers, storage tanks, alcohol production equipment and other components.
During the sucrose production process, the sugar cane, sugar beet and other raw materials are crushed to get the slurry, and then through a series of washing, filtration, adsorption and other processes to get pure sugar juice, and then evaporating the solvent by heating and cooling crystallization to get the sugar.What function of the steam boiler in the sucrose production ?
