Facing with the trend of industrial upgrading, printing and dyeing enterprise management tried various methods, and some one updated  device and machine to decrease consumption, some one adopted scientific management to increase production efficiency, all the measures push the printing and dyeing to modernize.
The traditional way of heating the dyeing machine adopts steam boiler heating, steam boiler supply high temperature steam into dyeing machine, and heat energy from steam pass to dyeing machine, then the used steam is discharged directly, in this way, the energy is wasted. If the condensate can not get recovery, the water resources also will be wasted. Therefore, transformation of the dyeing machine is imperative, adding heat recovery device or replacing steam boiler with hot oil boiler will greatly save energy, reduce sulfur dioxide emissions and waste of water resources.
