YLL series Vertical thermal oil boiler have pipe rack structure, assembled with mechanical chain grate; main body have convection and radiation heating surface; radiation heating surface is assembled by two radiation pipe square coil; convection heating surface is assembled by serpentine radiation pipes.It is increasing heating surface and low down the height of main body,enhancing boiler overload ability. This model can get less than 350C at under 0.8MPA.it can be used in chemicals, light industries, construction materials, food processing,packing equipment ,plastic goods, rubber industries and so on.
1.Fire grate adopt independent wind chamber, not to flee the wind.
2.The venting area of the fire grate is large , it makes full combustion, less black smoke.
3.Cleaning in the section to avoid the ash clogging.
4. Reliable and safety: The boiler heating area adopts argon gas welding,and before boiler departure factory is has been done X-ray inspection,water pressure test,etc.
5. Long lifespan: our boiler adopts patented technology to absorb waste heat which way increases boiler efficiency and lifespan.
6. Automatically feeding:boiler is equipped with automatic feeding system which decreases boiler operator to one.
