Automatic WNS Series Oil Gas Fired Condensing Steam Boiler
WNS series horizontal internal combustion boiler is a boiler shell type 3 passes wetback oil/gas fired boiler. After fuel is being atomized by burner, flame is full of the wave furnace and transfer heat via furnace wall, this is 1st pass; the high temperature smoke is collected in reversal chamber and then enters 2nd pass which is grooved tubes bundle area; after heat convection, air temperature gradually falls and goes to front smoke box and turn to 3rd pass, which is smooth tubes bundle area, and then enters chimney passing back smoke box and exhausted to the atmosphere.

Main Features
1. The boiler use horizontal full wet back structure with high thermal efficiency.
2. Micro positive pressure operation effectively improves the combustion intensity of the furnace, eliminates the air leakage of the furnace and flue of the boiler, and improves the thermal efficiency of the boiler.
3. The external independent condenser uses the currently popular condensation technology to reduce the exhaust temperature and improve the thermal efficiency.
4. Using advanced EDA design technology, detailed calculation of furnace structure and size, effective control of flue gas flow rate and resistance, reasonable and full use of flame and gas heat exchange, improve the boiler's thermal efficiency.
5. The corrugated furnace liner structure not only increases the heating area but also increases the disturbance of flue gas, The threaded smoke pipe technology increase the convection heating surface.
6. Using frequency conversion water supply and control technology to ensure the condensation rate of water vapor in the flue gas.
7. The condenser is made of special steel with "sulfuric acid resistance and low dew point corrosion resistance", which greatly improves the service life.
