Temperature Adjustment of Coal Fired Steam Boiler
In the operation of Coal Fired Steam Boilers, temperature fluctuations will cause a series of hazards. High temperature will cause the temperature of the superheater tube wall to rise, and low temperatures will affect the consumption of natural gas by gas users and even damage the equipment. temperature. This article will introduce two adjustment methods:
A. Adjust the temperature by adjusting the combustion
When the load regulation temperature changes, it is mainly controlled by regulating the combustion:
1. When the external load is constant, the pressure is relatively stable, and the temperature is low, measures such as increasing the intake air and adjusting the secondary air can be taken to increase the flue gas flow, increase the temperature of the flue gas at the furnace outlet, and increase the steam temperature.
2. Adjust the combustion intensity by adjusting the amount of fuel, air output and air intake. For example: when the external load is reduced, the pressure and temperature rise at the same time, we can weaken the combustion, so that the pressure and temperature fall at the same time.
B. Use a desuperheater to adjust the temperature
1. The hybrid desuperheater injects the feed water or condensed water directly into the steam, and the partially superheated steam heat in the superheater of the hot water boiler is used to heat and evaporate the injected water, so that the steam temperature drops.
2. The surface desuperheater of the coal-fired steam boiler uses feed water to cool the superheated steam and adjust the temperature. When the feed water through the desuperheater increases, the steam temperature drops when entering the high temperature section of the superheater; on the contrary, when the feed water volume is reduced, the steam temperature increases.
