Grate operation is carried out under the condition of following the Chain Grate Boiler regulations.
1. Check before operation
1.1 Check whether the cooling water of the front and rear axle of the grate is smooth, whether the lubrication is good and whether the oil level of the oil cup is normal;
1.2 Check whether there is any deflection of the grate, whether there is any deformation of the wear bar and whether the nut is complete, whether there is any damage or missing of the grate sheet, whether there is any damage of the side clamping plate, whether there is any damage or missing of the cotter pin, and adjust the tensioning bolts to make the grate loosened and tightened appropriately;
2.Grate operation
2.1 After the grate ignition normal combustion, the safety interlock will be put into operation, tail flue gas oxygen content control in 6-8%, fans, coal feeder, grate machine, water level, pressure, conductivity, etc., are put into automatic operation. The operator adjusts the wind-coal ratio, coal feed ratio and other parameters according to the situation of combustion and steam load.
2.2 The operation adjustment is mainly on the thickness of the coal seam, grate speed, and the furnace air supply three aspects, according to the boiler load changes in a timely manner to adjust the thickness of the coal seam should be appropriate, should be 400~500mm from the eagle iron at the end of the burnout (thermal oil furnace fire bed will be shorter), to eliminate the phenomenon of running fire;
3. Operation management
3.1. Discharge the bottom ash once per shift;
3.2. Check the fire bed and grate system not less than 1 time / 1 hour;
3.3. rear axle temperature measurement once per shift and record, and check the lubrication, rear axle temperature is greater than 75 ℃ should be measured once an hour, and timely adjustment of combustion, so that the fire bed becomes shorter, as well as increase the cooling water and so on;
4.Maintenance
4.1. grate system in operation will appear burn phenomenon, so it should be less than 6 months for grate overhaul once, replace the damaged grate sheet, side clamps, wear strip and liner tube roller and other accessories;
