1.Thermal oil steam generator is composed by hot oil part and steam generator part.
In the hot oil part, the high-temperature thermal oil through the hot oil pump or by thermal oil heater directly into the steam generator tube bank. The heat contained in hot thermal oil passing through the pipe at certain temperature and velocity and transferring the heat to contacted water outside tubes. Heated water generates steam and cooled thermal oil will return to the thermal oil heater for new circle.
Thermal oil steam generator should use soften water. It will get more steam if using preheated soften water. Soften water entering generator at bottom and heated under normal convection. Saturated steam connected with steam manifold to supply steam for production and daily life.
