Back in 2018, the textile factory had purchased a boiler from Haitian Boiler Company. However, from the start, the boiler experienced frequent operational issues, including insufficient steam production, which severely impacted the factory's production capacity. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the problems, the Haitian boiler failed to meet the company's needs, resulting in disruptions to manufacturing.
By chance, the customer learned about Bidragon boilers and their successful track record in Bangladesh. After visiting several local installations of Bidragon boilers, the customer was convinced by the superior performance and reliability of these systems. Subsequently, they decided to purchase the DZH8 Biomass Steam Boiler, which is specifically designed to operate efficiently using wood chips as fuel.
Currently, Bidragon Boiler installation team is working closely with the factory’s engineers to ensure the smooth setup of the DZH8 biomass boiler. Once the installation and commissioning process is complete, the customer plans to keep the problematic Haitian boiler as a backup system.
